YOUR PROGRAMME

DAY 1
Arrival from International Airports and transfer on board Galatea Liveaboard. Meet the Captain and the crew and departure toward North Mahé. First dive at the north east tip of Beau Vallon Bay. This small granite island called ILOT is home of two coconut palms and an amazing marine life. Continue sailing toward the bay of Beau Vallon in time for a beautiful sunset on Galatea spacious deck. Dinner and overnight lulled by the calm, clear water of this magnificent bay.

DAY 2
After a morning breakfast overlooking the famous Beau Vallon Beach sail to LIGHTHOUSE dive site for your first dive of the day. A large dramatic granite boulders and massifs with hard coral formations dropping to sand at 28-30 meters. Back on board to reach Cap Ternay Marine Park for second dive. An easy dive with probably the best hard coral formations around Mahé. Lunch on board. Afternoon dedicated to relax, snorkel and other beach activities at Anse au Riz. Dinner and overnight at Marine Park.

DAY 3
Early departure toward the famous dive site of SHARKS BANK, located between Mahé Island and Silhouette Island. Scenery dotted with huge granite blocks on a granite plateau. Second dive "Brissare Rock", located between the granitic islands of Mahe and Praslin with its enviable reputation for marine life. Arrive to La Digue Island late in the afternoon and time at leisure on board. Dinner and overnight La Digue.

DAY 4
Morning dedicated to the visit of La Digue Island where time stands still and time-honored traditions such as traveling by ox-cart and bicycle are still king. Traditional architecture and breathtaking beaches, such as the legendary Anse Sourse D'Argent are an absolute must for visitors. Return on board for lunch and sail to the southern tip of Marianne island dive site : pinnacle-shaped rocks form the wall and pillars of an underwater maze that attracts grey reef sharks often seen.

DAY 5
Morning sail toward Grande Soeur and Petite Soeur Islands to reach the dive sites of "Sister Bank" and "Coco Island" before continuing navigation toward the island of Praslin. Praslin is home of the famous UNESCO world heritage Site, the Vallée de Mai which has preserved its original state and you will discover the exceptional flora and fauna of this timeless site. After the visit, time for a sunset walk on Cote D'Or Beach before returning on board for dinner and overnight in the lagoon.

DAY 6
Morning sailing to the dive site « Ave Maria » located off Praslin. Its huge boulders surround the small island and drop down in dramatic vertical walls and swim-throughs. The second dive site, "White Bank" is located in the vicinity. Heading later to Curieuse Island for a BBQ on the beach. Sail back to Praslin at Baie Chevalier and time to relax at Anse Lazio beach.

DAY 7
Early morning departure toward Mahé Island. Lunch on board and time at leisure in the afternoon for the visit of Victoria, capital of Seychelles. Dinner and overnight in Marine Park of St Anne or Angel Fish Marina.

DAY 8
Early morning disembarkation.

During the cruise, you can perform additional four dives including two night dives, payable on site. They will perform according to the weather conditions and in accordance with the supervisory staff of "Diving Cruises".

Terms and Conditions of Contractual Sale

CRUISES GALATEA SEYCHELLES 2013
The legal relationship between you or your company as a client and the company DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES (PTY) LTD (hereinafter referred to as DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES these Conditions of Sale. By registering, each client acknowledges these conditions to be mandatory and applies to himself and on the person on whose behalf a registration is made.

Our Terms and Conditions can be viewed online www.diving-cruises.com. These may be subject to change. They will then be brought to the attention of the client prior to the signature of the contract.

1. INSURANCE
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES advises clients of its activities, to provide their own additional safeguards for their sports. DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES shall not be held responsible for unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances such as strikes, demonstrations, weather, etc. Any trip interrupted due to the fault of the client or for any other reasons, shall not give rise to any refund.

2. PRICES
Information relating to tariffs, programs and number of participants indicated on the website www.diving-cruises.com, are established on information available at the time of the offer. This information will be confirmed during registration.
The programs of DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES will provide for what the price will or will not contain.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES rates are calculated on a lump sum basis including a number of nights spent on site, and not necessarily a specific number of days. It is therefore possible that the first and / or last night as the first and / or last day is devoted to transportation. There shall be no refund in case of late departure and/or early return.
Depending on flight schedules, a client's program may be shortened and / or extended. In this case, any additional charges shall be at the charge of the client.

3. SERVICES INCLUDED

3.1 Meet and greet at Airport
Welcoming at the airport of clients by DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES, or one of its representatives, will be indicated by a sign bearing the name of "Galatea".
3.2 Cruise Services
7 Nights Cruise:
- Start on Saturday at 12:00 pm,
- End on Saturday at 8am.
3.2.1. Accommodation in a double or single cabin on board - 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
- A double bed,

5. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED - ON REQUEST ONLY
5.1 Transfers
All transfers to and from the ship are the responsibility of the client, either organized by themselves, their tour operator, hotel or by DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES at their request.
5.2 Accommodation before and after the cruise
If necessary and depending on the day and time of arrival or return flight, it will be proposed a "Day-use" and / or an extra night at the expense of passengers. Clients who want DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES to assist in organising their flight schedule, are invited to provide the necessary information upon registration.
5.3 Beverages
Sodas, beer, alcoholic beverages and espresso.
5.4 Service Laundry
5.5 Rental of diving equipment
To request at least 10 days before the boats's departure.
5.6. Additional Dives ( including Night Dives)
Additional or extra diving, are possible depending on the request of the client, the number of participants, logistical capabilities, weather conditions, local regulations and subject to the discretion of the skipper and captain. Any additional or extra dives shall be paid for.

6. DIVERS LEVEL AND TRAINING
6.1 General
6.1.1.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES checks the diving capability of clients on board upon arrival, both on presentation of proofs (see 8.2 Documents to be submitted) and underwater (technical skills) before the first dive.
6.1.2.
Any diver who participates in a one day or a cruise package including diving, acknowledges that he or she has the level and sufficient technical experience to assure for his own safety and that of other divers. If this is not the case, the client shall be held liable for any damage caused to himself and others. An exclusion without compensation from certain dives with technical difficulties will be applied or can be provided an additional support and assistance at cost.
6.1.3.
All divers shall sign a disclaimer prior to scuba diving during their cruise with DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES.
6.1.4.
To confirm the booking, all diver must certifies that he or she does not to have mental and / or physical disability, that will prevent him or her from taking part in the diving program during their cruise.
Recommendation: wait 24 hours after diving before taking the airplane.
6.2. Divers Level
- Minimum Level 2 ** or OWD with over 50 dives,
- Level 1 * with over 50 dives assisted when diving (see 6.1.2 General).
6.3. Formations
At the time of booking, the client certifies that he or she has the required level of diving necessary to follow the proposed training program, and agree to follow the instructions of the instructor and / or guide during the cruise.

7. RENTAL AND USE OF EQUIPMENT
Every client is responsible for damage caused when using equipment provided by DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES. If equipment belonging to DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES or belonging to one of its suppliers is damaged or lost, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to charge the passenger concerned.

8. LEGISLATION IN SEYCHELLES
8.1 General
For the "recreational diving" the laws of Seychelles limits the diving at 30 meters and within the safety curve (without decompression diving).
8.2 Documents to be submitted
- A Certificate of diving level,
- A Logbook,
- A medical certificate of less than one year allowing the practice of diving,
- A certificate of diving insurance (such as Dan, Aqua Med etc.) in course of validity.
8.3. Suggested equipment
- A dive computer,
- A decompression buoy,
- Surface emergency visual or audible signaling device.

9. ACCOMPANYING NON-DIVERS
All non-divers participating in aquatic activities must ensure they are in good physical condition.
The activities for non-divers involved in DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES will take place according to the availability of guides, logistical constraints and scheduled activities.
The supervisors may impose for reasons of safety, the use and / or wear specific equipment in relation to the activity carried on, as a snorkel vest, fins / mask / snorkel, etc. Similarly, and without compensation of any kind, it is up to the supervisors decided to regulate or not an activity and participation of non-divers to them (depending on the level of participants and the level of difficulty of activities).

10. USEFUL INFORMATION
Defibrillator and a pharmacy are available on board. However, it is recommended that passengers carry with them a small personal pharmacy, cream and other antihistamine as prescribed by a doctor, sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
10.1 Passport
A passport with a validity of at least 6 months after return date is mandatory and must be presented when passing through customs.
10.2 Information to be sent before the arrival of passengers
- Name and surname,
- Passport number,
- Level of diving, number of dives and date of last dive,
- Details of arrival and departure flights,
- Preferences: cabin, special meals (vegetarian, vegan or for medical reasons), hotel, etc.

11. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
11.1 General
Cruise departures are guaranteed with a minimum of 8 participants.
Minimum age of participants: more than 12 years in the presence of a legal representative.
11.2 Reservations
Reservation requests are handled by mail.
11.3 Group Bookings
Depending on availability of the boat, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES guaranteed departure for groups if registration takes place up to 5 days before departure.
11.4. Reservations passengers in addition to a confirmed cruise
In the case of a cruise already confirmed, the remaining available accommodation may be reserved up to 5 days before departure.
11.5 Deposit
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the price must reach DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES within 10 days of the request. After this time, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to propose the requested cabin with other passengers.
11.6 Balance
The balance is payable no later than 60 days before departure. After this time, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
11.7 Methods of payment
11.7.1 Bank Transfers
Bank transfers are made in euro on DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES bank account (references on invoice). The bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.
11.7.2 Payments by credit card
Fee of 4% is applied to credit card payments.
11.7.3. Payments on board
Payments are made in cash. Only the following currencies are accepted: Euros, Seychelles rupees and United States Dollars.
11.8. Last Minute Bookings
The total amount must be made in a single payment once the reservation is made less than 60 days before the departure date of the cruise.
11.9. Changes
In the case of a request for change of date after booking, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES may grant the request subject to availability and the tariff applicable for the period shall apply. If it is not possible for DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES to attend to the request, the cancellation policy will apply.
11.10. Replacement of a passenger
Where a client cannot take a cruise he or she has already booked. His or her reservation can be transferred to another person up to 5 days before the departure date. However, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES cannot be held responsible for any other bookings made by the client or by DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES on his/ her behalf.
11.11 Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be made by mail.
Following the date of receipt of the application, cancellation penalties apply:
- More than 61 days before the boat's departure: 30% of the total of the cruise.
- Between 60 and 31 days before the boat's departure: 50% of the total of the cruise.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the boat's departure: 75% of the total of the cruise.
- Less than 14 days before the boat's departure: 100% of the total of the cruise.
Cancellation charges also apply on transfers and hotel reservations.

12. PRICE REVISION
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES rates have been determined based on economic information available at the time of their establishment. They include:
- Cost of transport (including fuel costs),
- Cost of food commodities,
- Taxes of marine parks,
- Exchange Rates.
In case of significant changes in these information, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to modify its prices.

13. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
General conditions of sale are considered understood and accepted by the client when the reservation is confirmed (after receipt of a deposit).
In case of unavailability or change by DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES, a non-binding new proposal shall be made to the client. If the new proposal is accepted by the client, it is then considered as a new registration.

14. PROMOTIONS
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES can launch promotions to fill any remaining accommodation on a given cruise.

15. REFUNDS
There shall be no refund on a cruise service if:
- The itinerary is changed due to weather conditions and emergency situations (safety of passengers and boat)
- A passenger fails to make all dives offered, for whatever reasons,
- Personal effects belonging to a client or third party is lost or damaged.

16. BILLING
Invoices are issued on behalf of the person paying and sent after full payment of the service.

17. DISPUTES
In any case, a customer shall not request a refund of any nature whatsoever, on the basis of a complaint letter or a phone call.
In case of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the court having jurisdiction shall be the country of registration of DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES.

18. CHANGES
18.1. Full charter
Cruises can be booked for full charter. Cruise routes, the number and locations of dives and ashore excursions can be changed within certain limits and in accordance with the terms of DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES. These changes are to be requested at time of booking. However, the dates, the port of embarkation and disembarkation, and the number of nights on board, cannot be changed.
18.2. Changes before and after conclusion of contract
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to modify at any time the cruise programs, services and descriptions on all types of communication media (print and web). In cases where a booking (receipt of payment) occurs before any changes, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES will inform the customer before the contract is signed.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to change the itineraries of cruises and / or services in certain unavoidable circumstances. DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES will inform the customer of any such changes and will make every effort to propose an equivalent benefit.
18.3. Changes after signing contract

19. CRUISES/VACATION CANCELLATIONS
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES shall not be held liable for unforeseen events, such as cancellations, suspensions and deletions of a means of transport (airplane, boat, train, etc.)., Weather phenomena, strikes, riots, technical problems, etc.., and those unforeseen events shall not give rise to any compensation.
19.1. Force majeure
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to cancel or cut short a cruise / stay for reasons of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, riots, etc..), without the client being entitled to any compensation. Similarly, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES assumes no responsibility for material losses and physical incidents occurring in any situation related to force majeure.
19.2. No show of passenger
General Conditions of Sales DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES apply in case of failure of the client to appear and participate in the trip / cruise purchased.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES shall not in any way compensate a client in the event of cancellation of services.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES advises clients to take out travel cancellation insurance.
19.3. Cancellation of vacation / cruise for other reason
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to cancel a departure for a day cruise/ cruise, due to insufficient number of participants, the decision will be made 30 days prior to departure and clients will be informed. DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES will offer clients an alternative. If this does not suit them, the clients will be refunded the money they have paid but cannot claim any other compensation (flights, hotels, or any other fees).
19.4. Change of itineraries and services
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to change the itineraries of cruises and / or certain services on a cruise for any reason it deems necessary (weather, safety of passengers and the boat).
19.5. Cancellation of vacation/ cruise caused by the behavior or state of a client
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to cancel a cruise trip or disemabark a client when the behavior and state of the latter poses a risk to the smooth running of the cruise.
19.6. Cancellation of vacation / cruise caused by injury and / or medical reasons
In case of injury and / or medical problems occurring during the vacation / cruise and requiring medical attention and/or medical evacuation of a client, all costs incurred by DIVING CRUISE SEYCHELLES shall be refunded by the client.
19.7. Damage to illness, injury or death during the cruise
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES disclaims all liability for damages resulting from illness, injury or death that may occur during the vacation/ cruise, which could be the consequences:
- For transport borrowed (airplane, boat, car, bike etc.)
- Accommodation before and after the cruise (hotels, lodges, etc.),
- Excursions during the cruise / vacation if the necessary obligations were respected.

20. ABILITY TO STAY ON BOARD
The client by confirming the reservation through payment, certifies that he or she does not suffer from any mental or physical disability or illness that may constitute a danger to himself and / or other passengers on the boat.
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES reserves the right to disembark a client from the boat at any time, where a client is jeopardizing the smooth running of the cruise due to the client's behavior and state.

21. OBLIGATION TO PERFORM AND NOT OF RESULTS
DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES has the obligation to ensure that the boat is in good working condition for the purpose of a cruise, and equipment made available to passengers are in good condition. However, DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES has no obligation of results. DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES cannot be held responsible for the use of the equipment, if they are being mishandled or have been misused, nor is DIVING CRUISES SEYCHELLES responsible for any disagreements among passengers, crew, etc.

22. GROUPS
When booking for a group, the organizer agrees to take full responsibility for the proper conduct of all participants during their vacation / cruise, as well as to ensure that they have insurance in connection with the sport they want to engage in.
Group members are jointly responsible for any damage caused.
